Visual Audities is a group that collects art inspired by music. We do not discriminate based on music style, but we do only accept quality artworks.

SUBMISSION RULES:
- no concert photos please
- do not submit to the featured folder
- only submit pieces that are obviously inspired by a musician, a song, or song lyrics
- if you aren't sure, look at the other pieces in our galleries
- I do sometimes refuse art, this is not personal and says nothing of your potential, merely that I did not like the piece. Art is opinion. Please don't take mine as a reflection of your talent.

Submissions
- submissions must be directly inspired by music or be portraiture of musician(s)/singer(s). If it is not clear in the description of your piece how it is related to music, we may decline your submission
- there is no limit to deviations, but if you submit a lot, we may stagger accepting them so as to not flood the group
- we reserve the right to decline any submissions. You will not receive an explanation why because I run 12 groups and do not have time to explain, but try not to take it personally. We may even accept some of your submissions and reject others.
- please feel free to submit other people's works from your favorites folders. We would appreciate it!

I wish the media would make this (and every) untimely death a platform to increase awareness about addiction and how many lives it destroys. She deserves to not be a media circus for once. I'm aghast at how many people are callously disregarding the fact that drug addiction is a mental and physical health issue. I've seen a lot of victim blaming in this sad case of early death. People really need to realize that addicts need help; not condemnation, not jail time, not tabloid exploitation - H E L P.

My heart goes out to anyone who has struggled with addiction in themselves or a loved one.
